if you want to live out your fall dreams, Boston is the place to be 😍🎃🍂🍁

this has been such a cozy fun trip, we went into it with no real plans and why does it always seem like the unplanned trips are the most fun?!

p.s. not pictured is my first lobster roll, taking in the sea views in Newport, all the fall trees on our drives, a delish pastrami sandwich and I’m def forgetting more lol.

I will definitely be back!

Here are 5 signs your website is costing you clients ✨🤍

2. You call to actions aren’t interesting enough
3. Too many stock photos feel impersonal
4. It loads slow - on mobile and desktop

I have been wanting to make this post for awhile because this is truly what allows me to show up day in and day out in my business (comment "HEALTH" for my naturopath doctor info and to see my daily checklist)....

Earlier this year I discovered after a naturopath appointment and testings that I had a gut parasite!! This was after years of just being shrugged off as IBS from other doctors.

This brought me down my journey to overall health and wellbeing. I have done Dutch Tests for the past 2-3 years and every year I find out something new about myself.

Idk about you but I could nerd out on this stuff for hours haha how cool is it that we have tools to discover how to feel our best?!

I share this because I get asked all the time... how do you get everything done? how do you have time or energy for everything? well first things first, I prioritize my health.

If you want to chat about health, wellness, business, etc... i am your girl lol.

And if you want me to share my info on my functional doctor, comment "HEALTH" and I will send you the link and details and my daily health checklist as a business owner!!

a peek into my 7am - 7pm daily routine as a self employed graphic designer 🤍✨

from waking up and walking chai, to checking on website analytics, to working out and client calls. this has been what a typical day looks like!

This was so fun to make, should I film more of these daily vlogs?! 😍
